Should project manager's not already be doing this?
PM's have been (and still are) taught how to deliver projects in the same way they have been for over 60 years! Unfortunately, this requires them to focus on planning and communication over and above risk management. We are simply turning this on its head to ensure your projects run as smoothly as possible.
How does this work with different methodologies like Agile or Waterfall?
Our way of delivering projects sits over the top of any/ all known methodologies and can be implemented regardless of how the projects are being run. It can also be used as an overarching control whilst leaving your projects to be run exactly as they are today.
Why is your offering different to others out there?
Other tools and methodologies are all focused on planning and communication and offer great ways of doing that. Our solution focuses the PM on what 'could' happen to allow them to take appropriate measures, rather than what everyone else needs to do to deliver the project (we believe individuals should be accountable for tracking and managing their own deliverables - not the PM). Therefore, our solution can be used in conjunction with others that are out there, not instead of.
How hard is this to train out?
Extremely simple, the tools and support we provide are extremely user friendly and built in a way that all PM's and stakeholders will be familiar with and 'just make sense'! Experience shows that this way of working can be rolled out within a matter of weeks (assuming the desire to do so is there).
How much does it cost?
That depends on how much support you would like. You can simply buy the software for £10per user per month and get going on your own.
